SMT (Electronics) Operator – 2nd Shift
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Location: Burnsville, MN
Job Summary:
The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator is responsible for running and monitoring SMT equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards. This role requires attention to detail, quality inspection, and adherence to production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate SMT pick-and-place machines, soldering ovens, and related equipment.
- Inspect boards for solder quality and component placement.
- Load feeders and replenish materials as needed.
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Report equipment issues to maintenance or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous SMT or electronics assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
