Position – Digital Print Operator
Job Location –Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm and 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of printing experience
Job Summary
As a Digital Print Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of digital print equipment. You’ll ensure all print jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule, following established quality processes and maintaining a high standard of equipment care.
Responsibilities
- Submit and complete jobs using the digital print order process.
- Perform inventory and quality control audits.
- Conduct basic digital print maintenance.
- Assist other production areas to ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow directions carefully and work safely in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital printing, finishing, and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
