Customer Service Representative
Position – Customer Service Representative
Job Location – Sheboygan, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – Starting at $17.00
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – HSD/GED preferred
Required Experience – 1-2 years working in food manufacturing office setting preferred
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and determine problem or reason for calling
- Ability to handle large amount of calls regarding products, billings and general inquires
- Assist Office Manager
- Assist customer care entering accurate purchase orders, scheduling and customer follow ups
- Assist with receptionist duties
Qualifications
- Customer oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft products
