Position – Compounder
Job Location – Manitowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd shift
Starting Pay – $24 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a Compounder, you will be responsible for mixing ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Precisely weigh, measure and mix raw ingredients
-Create batches based on a precise recipe
-Operate industrial mixers
-Inspect finished product for quality
Qualifications
-HSD or equivalent
-At least 2 years manufacturing experience, with emphasis on quality and using mixing machinery
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand the entire shift
-Follow SOP’s and GMP’s
