Job Location – Sussex, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (2 P.M-10 P.M, Monday-Friday)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20-$25/hr with $2.00 shift premium

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 1 years of CNC machine operation experience preferred
Job Summary
The M-TEC (CNC) Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machine center equipment to produce enclosures, subpanels, and other designated components. This role ensures machines are properly calibrated, products meet specifications, and production runs efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily setup of M-TEC CNC machines, including calibrations, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Test, control, and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
- Process enclosures, subpanels, and related items efficiently through the CNC machine center.
- Inspect parts regularly to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain proper care and cleanliness of CNC equipment and work area.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machinery preferred.
- Ability to read and follow CNC operation instructions, drawings, and notes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train or supervise others.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
