POSITION: Caser / Stacking Operator
JOB LOCATION: Cedarburg, WI
STARTING DATE: Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM: Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT): 2nd Shift – 12-Hour Schedule (Overtime Available)
STARTING PAY: $22.00/hour
BENEFITS: Weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to earn a permanent position with a growing company.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
- Stack empty milk crates onto a conveyor system.
- Restack and palletize milk crates as production demands.
- Perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
- Maintain a steady production pace.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.

- Ability to lift repeatedly throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
