Building Maintenance-3 Days/Week

Position – Building Maintenance-3 Days/Week.Job Location – Elkhart Lake, WI.Starting Date – Immediate.Employment Term – Temp-to-hire.Employment Type – Full-time.Work Hours (Shift) – 6am-2pm, 3 days per week.Starting Pay – $20/hour.Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus.Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.   Property Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs for buildings and grounds, including general repairs, replacing lightbulbs, painting, general plumbing, basic carpentry, HVAC, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Equipment and Machinery: Operate and maintain equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and various hand and power tools. Coordinate repairs and servicing of machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for occupants and visitors. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions promptly. Janitorial Duties: Assist in cleaning and maintaining interior spaces, including restrooms, common areas, and other facilities. Coordinate waste management and recycling programs. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment. Maintain maintenance schedules, pest control schedules, fire extinguisher monthly inspections, and all completed tasks.
