POSITION – Blow Molding Press Operator
JOB LOCATION – Washington County, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 12-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
WORK SCHEDULE – Rotating: Wed/Thurs? Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun
STARTING PAY – $20–$22/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor blow molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production

• Perform mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment as needed

• Maintain consistent, high-quality product output

• Monitor and optimize process parameters

• Assist with machine changeovers

• Ensure raw materials are ready and defect-free

• Track material usage and report waste concerns

• Keep work area clean and organized following company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior technical/mechanical experience in the plastics industry required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands/arms

• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
