Position – Assembly
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:30am – 3:30pm)
Starting Pay – $19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
Responsibilities
Lamination & Assembly: Assemble and laminate products according to specific, often custom, blueprints and work instructions.
Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, including presses, autoclaves, saws, and CNC equipment, to bond materials.
Hardware Installation: Install hardware onto components and perform edge-banding (including no-seam techniques).
Quality Control: Inspect finished products, such as tabletops, shelves, and cabinets, for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is often preferred, though entry-level roles may be available.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints or technical drawings, and proficiency with hand/power tools.
Physical Ability: Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift materials.
