Position – Pre-Assembly / Assembly Prep
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – $15-22/Hour DOE

Required Education – None
Required Experience – Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required
This hands-on role involves preparing materials, tools, and components for assembly, ensuring parts are ready for the final production process. If you enjoy working with tools, maintaining a safe workspace, and contributing to a high-quality manufacturing process, this position is for you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and components for assembly
- Assist with basic assembly tasks like fastening, measuring, and positioning parts
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety guidelines
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before they move to the next stage
- Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure smooth production flow
Qualifications
- Basic hand tool and measuring equipment proficiency
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment focused on quality and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, with a solid work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including tasks requiring fine manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
