Administrative Assistant
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a passionate Administrative Assistant to join our client in Ripon.
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a dynamic role where you'll get to use your problem-solving skills and take on a variety of tasks.
Position – Administrative Assistant
Job Location – Ripon, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st (8:00am-4:30pm)
Starting Pay – $18-$20 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Answering calls and speaking with customers.
- Data entry in management system along with the Microsoft suite of products.
- Organizing data. Filling papers.
Qualifications
- Prior Microsoft suite experience and use is required.
- Being organized is a plus.
- Prior Administrative Assistant and or Customer Service experience is a plus.
