Position Overview

Seegars Fence is seeking a smart and motivated individual to help load and unload materials bound for SFC installation offices. This is a pivotal role in the company, as you will be in charge of accurately pulling fence materials for all locations. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Extensive Forklift and Loading Experience
• Must have good communication skills.
• A need to win and an aggressive spirit.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Have the ability to think quickly and problem solve.
• Be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials up to 100 lbs.
• Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient math skills.

Performance Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Loader is to process incoming and outgoing freight with safety and accuracy.
• The Loader is required to run Forklifts. You must be certified and proficient in operating lifts safely and efficiently.
• Responsible for unloading all incoming loads and for verifying the condition, quality, and quantity of the materials received, and fill out an incoming freight sheet for each load.
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must maintain a First Aid, CPR, and safety certifications (and others required for equipment operation).
• Demonstrate the Seegars Fence Company Core Values daily.
• Performs many other miscellaneous tasks and duties as directed by the operations and warehouse managers.
• Constantly observe the various processes and seeks improvement in both safety and efficiency.
• Arrive to work on time and dress professionally.
• Every applicant must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen. If hired, Updates are required annually.
