Program Director
Job Title and Overview
A motivated and talented Program Director is needed to lead Seeds To Flowers, Inc’s Bloom & Lead Mentoring Program. Your position will be at the forefront of the organization, and you will be in charge of every aspect of management. This will include managing employees, hiring staff and new team members, managing the budget and overseeing finances, and working with the admin. The program director must be dedicated to working with youth and communities.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the administrative aspects of program implementation
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for areas of improvement
- Plan and manage program activities
- Coordinate the tasks of colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of all projects
- Supervise case managers/admin
Education and Experience
- Bachelors required Masters preferred
- 3 years working with youth and families and in non profit organizations.
- Basic understanding of mentoring
- Critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Expertise in communication and organization
- Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ensure program meets the objectives of the organization
- Experience managing employees
- Strong sense of purpose and self-driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to interview and hire dedicated employees
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites
Compensation and Benefits
- 85k-95k
- 20 vacation days a year

Working Conditions
Details
Full time 35 hours a week.
9:00am-5:00pm /10:00am-6:00pm M-F
Weekends may be required for events.
Overtime may happen but not consistently
Work environment
Program Director will be required to work in the office 3x a week
Travel requirements
Travel to the schools and in person meetings will be require
On-call responsibilities
Program Directors should expect to be on call during work hours.
Special conditions or requirements
Security clearance to enter and work in the school
Workplace Policies and Agreements
- Confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, and conflict of interest policies are required
- Weekly individual supervision with Supervisor
- 3 week training/orientation will be provided to ensure compliance with these policies or agreements.
Evaluation and Review
- Once a year 360 performance evaluations will be conducted between staff and their supervisor
- Work quality, work quantity, work efficiency and organizational metrics will be reviewed once a year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
