Join our opening team and help create a welcoming experience from the first hello to the final order handoff. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping guests and keeping service organized.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare smoothies, coffee, and other beverages to order, following recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
- Prepare beverage batches, portion frozen fruit, and assemble assigned Grab & Go items.
- Label, date, and rotate ingredients using first-in, first-out practices.
- Maintain required stock levels and communicate replenishment needs before supplies run low.
- Welcome guests, explain beverage options, and communicate special requests or allergy questions to the appropriate team member.
- Keep equipment and preparation areas clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for service.
- Follow food-safety, storage, handwashing, and glove-use procedures.
- Support packaging, the front counter, and opening and closing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service; barista or smoothie preparation experience preferred.
- A passion for guest service and a warm, approachable attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes consistently.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
