Join our opening team and help create a welcoming experience from the first hello to the final order handoff. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping guests and keeping service organized.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, explain menu options, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate tickets with production stations and communicate special requests, delays, and low stock.
- Check orders for accuracy, package them carefully, and hand them to the correct guest or delivery driver.
- Keep the Grab & Go fridge stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked service areas and follow food-safety procedures.
- Complete opening and closing tasks and support your teammates throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service.
- A passion for guest service and a warm, approachable attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Commitment to keeping stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
