Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain up-to-date schedules for projects of varying scope from inception to completion using internal project management tools.
- Oversee consumer-facing email production ensuring the accuracy of products, linking strategy and promotional details.
- Communicate with department staff and all key stakeholders, acting as liaison on job status, changes needed, cost implications and alternative options.
- Schedule and facilitate daily meetings and maintain project tracking to ensure marketing and creative teams are aware of project status and priorities.
- Identify and action on opportunities to adjust and review work processes to increase efficiency and maintain all process documentation.
- Maintain and organize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure assets reflect current product lines.
- Assist with other duties and assigned projects as requested.
- Manage project/printing/delivery ensuring deadlines are met by working with all departments and outside vendors.
- This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

- 2-3 years in a traffic or production role.
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at collaboration and problem solving in support of business needs.
- A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity. Self-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency. Able to manage multiple projects and quickly respond to and act upon critical feedback.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, and in a positive manner.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Google Docs and Acrobat. Experience with project management tools a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Project Management Certification or equivalent work experience.
