We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join a growing and reputable team in the Asheville market. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Install HVAC components and complete system upgrades when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and company standards
- Mentor junior technicians as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential and/or light commercial systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
