Our client, a growing HVAC and plumbing company, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join their team in Bridgeport. Position Overview
The HVAC & Plumbing Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role blends account management, sales, and customer service, with a focus on delivering value to clients and supporting continued company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HVAC and plumbing customers. Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and through prospecting efforts. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues. Track sales activity, pipeline, and account performance.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction sales or account management preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify opportunities and close business. Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license required.
