Senior HVAC Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Location: Bucks County & Montgomery County, PA

Position Overview
The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work independently, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of service calls.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective, long-term solutions. Complete system tune-ups, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance, repair options, and recommendations. Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and documentation. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a variety of HVAC systems. Experience with both residential and light commercial equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. EPA certification required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
