What You’ll Do:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Replace and upgrade existing systems including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and manufacturer instructions
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- EPA Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
