HVAC Installation Technician – Full-Time

Our Lehigh Valley-based client is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and installation specifications. Perform system startups, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure all installations meet local code requirements and company quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. EPA Certification required. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
