SEE Eyewear — a nationally recognized, design-forward optical retailer — is searching for an inspiring and experienced District Manager to lead our high-performing West Coast region. This is a rare opportunity to oversee our top-performing territory, driving both financial success and unforgettable in-store experiences across multiple boutique locations.

Frequent travel and overnight stays required.

Candidate is located in one of the following cities: Los Angeles, Denver, Portland, Seattle.

Optical Experience Preferred.

What You’ll Do:

As District Manager, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and set the tone for excellence across your region. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the sales floor—coaching, developing, and inspiring your teams to deliver both results and remarkable experiences.

You will:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Managers and associates across multiple states.

• Partner with Store Managers to create and execute action plans that drive daily results.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent who embody SEE’s culture and values.

• Champion succession planning and talent growth across the region.

• Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive sales, manage expenses, and optimize profitability.

• Conduct monthly business and talent reviews to keep performance on track.

• Ensure flawless execution of onboarding, compliance, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Marketing, HR) to bring SEE’s initiatives to life.

• Elevate the customer journey through creative events and brand experiences.

• Maintain SEE’s signature visual and merchandising standards in every location.

What You Bring:

• Availability on weekends and flexibility for real-time communication with stores.

• Typically, four days in-store and one remote day (subject to business needs).

• Up to 75% travel with overnight stays.

• Based in a market with a SEE Eyewear location.

• 7 years of multi-unit retail leadership (boutique or high-volume preferred).

• Optical or licensed retail experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead through influence, drive sales, and manage P&L performance.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
