Required qualifications for each CPM Each CPM shall have the following credentials:
Need someone in the SD/ND area. Traveling to schools in the area.
Bureau of Indian Education contract.
1. Shall be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field of engineering or construction management (four year degree minimum). . Minimum of ten years construction engineering or construction management experience. 4. Experience in managing programs that include multiple tasks and projects.
Able to successfully plan and manage staff, budgets, schedules, client interactions for large projects and tasks.
Experience in organizing, directing and coordinating strategic planning activities.
Experience in assisting in developing goal delineation, provides guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts in a consolidated strategic planning process and prioritizes those initiatives 6. Knowledge of construction scheduling methods and familiarity with the use of scheduling software, including Microsoft Project.
Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
