Drywall Installer
HOURS: 1ST SHIFT
WAGE: $18 /HOUR
Job Summary:
Seeking reliable and motivated General Construction Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the assembly, installation, and finishing of manufactured and modular homes in a factory setting. Experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or related trades is preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks in one or more areas of home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, or flooring.
*
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, or instructions to complete tasks accurately.
*
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
*
Assist with material handling and maintaining a clean work environment.
*
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
*
Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
*
Maintain quality standards throughout each phase of construction.
Qualifications:
*
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
*
Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus.
*
Ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of measurements.
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
*
Willingness to learn multiple trades and perform varied tasks.
*
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
Work Environment:
*
Indoor factory/plant setting.
*
Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
*
Monday–Friday schedule, with possible overtime.
