- Supervise and lead the spray crew on all job sites
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Monitor quality of workmanship and productivity
- Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each job
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project management
- Resolve on-site problems and ensure smooth department operations
