Pay Range & Compensation
- Commission-based contracted position
- Estimated earnings: $60–$85 per hour, including tips and service add-ons
- Commission varies by service and experience
- Cash tips are paid directly to the therapist
- Credit card tips are processed through payroll
- No quotas, no forced upselling, no sales pressure
Many therapists earn higher hourly averages as they progress into specialty services.
Scheduling & Position Details
- Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available)
- Steady bookings with supportive front-desk coordination
- Spa room cleanliness and laundry support is required
