Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Part-time Distribution/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Assist with planning and organizing of special projects and events within the Sedona area.
- Assist with distribution tasks such as organizing out-going donations, maintaining and verifying inventory, alert management of the ordering of product, and coordinating delivery schedules.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and supporting office management activities.
- Keep the space organized and clean.
- Provide bilingual support to assist diverse clients or team members as needed, enhancing communication across the organization.
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30 am - 11:30am and Wednesday 2:15 - 5:15pm. Additional hours required for occasional special events.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred, especially in roles involving clerical tasks or customer service.
- Experience working as a office receptionist position or as a personal assistant can be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in typing with high accuracy, along with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
