- Upload data for Servicing companies to review
- Prepare notifications electronically and by mail for changes to PIN’s
- Generate and mail tax statements
- Post and balance tax payments
- Provide updates to supervisor during peak tax season
- Conduct research using tax system and imaging systems
- Create packet with all necessary documentation for tax accounting team
- Create notes in tax system for each PIN.
