What You'll Do
- Expand your impact over time, taking on Deputy Project Manager or technical project management responsibilities as you demonstrate readiness
- Maintain schedules, notes, reports, and compliance documentation
- Assist with tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, deliverables, and resources
- Provide administrative support to project managers and ensure documentation accuracy

Requirements
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated interest in Aerospace & Defense, startups, or federal procurement
- Ability to take ownership of projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Task Tracking tools for documentation, reporting and communication
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in schedules, reports and compliance documentation
- Clear and concise communication skills to coordinate logistics and provide updates to team members and stakeholders
