Sedaro is hiring a Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer to build the high fidelity simulation software that powers our cutting-edge simulation platform and help transform how aerospace technology is built.

What You'll Do
As a Lead Modeling & Simulation Engineer, you will be a hands-on individual contributor focused on expanding our platform's simulation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of technical projects and driving development.
- Developing high-fidelity simulation software and analysis tools for a diverse range of complex systems and validating these models against real-world data.
- Configuring and executing large-scale multi-simulation studies that leverage cloud compute resources for uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and optimization.
- Performing code review for peers and providing technical feedback and suggestions to other engineering teams to drive platform improvement.
- Supporting contract meetings with technical input and demonstrations to external stakeholders.

Requirements
- 3 years of applicable engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in physics, applied math, engineering, or similar
- Proficiency writing software to model complex physical systems
- Experience with git, automated testing, and related software development tools & practices
- Experience validating simulation models against real-world data
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Able to obtain a TS security clearance
Salary : $110,000
