Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Injury Paralegal located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing legal documents, reviewing case files and relevant documents, conducting legal research, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting attorneys in trial preparation. The paralegal will also be responsible for ensuring that all legal deadlines and procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong understanding of Law and legal principles related to personal injury cases
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues
• Excellent Research skills for case preparation and legal inquiries
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Experience with legal software and tools is a plus
• Paralegal certification or a degree in legal studies is preferred
• Prior experience in personal injury or civil litigation is advantageous
