We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our supportive and collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients throughout their cases.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to personal injury cases
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions
- Communicate regularly with clients, witnesses, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and court personnel
- Assist with case intake and initial client interviews
- Request, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and other case-related documents
- Prepare medical summaries, chronologies, and damages summaries
- Maintain and update case management systems and calendars
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with courts
- E-file documents in state and/or federal courts as required
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert consultations
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for trial or settlement conferences
- Assist attorneys during trial, hearings, and mediations when necessary
- Monitor case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized physical and electronic case files
Experience & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a paralegal with at least 2 years in personal Injury
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in legal research techniques
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Experience with document review processes is a plus
- Knowledge of personal injury law is preferred
