Location: Oakland, CA (HYBRID)
Description:
*****LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/NEAR WORK SITE-OAKLAND. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND REQUIRED 2 DAYS A WEEK AT OAKLAND GO OR OTHER LOCATIONS BASED ON BUSINESS NEED. PERSONAL PHONE NEEDED FOR WORK (no reimbursement for cell expense).
TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR:
- Experience planning large events (150 attendees),
- able to work independently with minimal direction (self starter),
- excellent organizational and communication skills (email, phone, etc.).
TOP SKILL SETS LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
- Able to lead meetings, experience with MS products (word, excel, etc.), organizational skills (keeping up to date on task list), taking ownership of task or activities, self motivated, able to work with minimal direction after training.
- Able to work independently and navigate intranet to find answers.
- Resourceful in finding answers or solutions to problems.
- Experience planning large events. Writing professional emails.
- Good note taker.
Other duties:
- Create and maintain standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel
- Various administrative tasks and other projects as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and safety policies
- Data entry
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to take direction both verbal and written from a variety of sources
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of quality and accuracy in a variety of duties
- Create transmittal documents, Data entry
