Job Description

Seda North America is looking for a 2nd shift Print Operator. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and are looking to turn your next job into a long- term career, take a look at this position!

Pay starts at $20 per hour, plus earn the shift premium of $1.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am; Fridays only as needed.

Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. You will be operating flexographic printing equipment to print graphics on packaging while meeting company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Specific Duties:

• Work from operating process record, prints and methods sheet, and instructions
• Check material received for proper specifications
• Carry out quality checks in line with procedure
• Load and unload printing press with raw material paper rolls 
• Set up plates and ink to run production

Qualifications/Physical Demands

• Previous experience working Flexographic or other printing background preferred
• Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience necessary
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
