1. Specific Duties
- Maintain ink area inventories
- Prepare press ready inks within the tolerance and readily available based on production needs
- Carry out quality checks in line with procedure.
- Act as a back up for operation of all flexographic printing equipment
- All other duties as assigned
2. Skill Requirements:
- Flexographic Printing Knowledge, water-based ink systems
- High speed machine operating experience
- Ability to work with scales, light booth, and various measuring devices
- Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, calculate footage, etc.)
3. Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree Preferred
- 1 years of experience and HS Diploma or equivalent required
4. Physical Demands (Required for Essential Duties & Responsibilities)
- Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted
- Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
- Comfortable working in noisy and loud environments
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety practices as instructed
