Role Description</p>
SecurityLabs is seeking talented healthcare professional Nurses from India to be placed with prestigious hospitals across the United States. We are committed to supporting nurses throughout the recruitment, relocation, and placement process, ensuring a smooth transition and a rewarding career abroad.
Position: Registered Nurse (U.S. Hospitals)
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical best practices and
hospital protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with
patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in health education and patient advocacy within the clinical setting.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, regulations, and hospital
policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution in India.
• Current valid nursing license/registration in India.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate to the United States and adapt to a multicultural environment.
Desirable Certifications
• NCLEX-RN (U.S. National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses)
passers are highly preferred.
• IELTS or TOEFL English proficiency scores as required for U.S. licensing and visa
processing.
