Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Security Project Manager (PM) to oversee a comprehensive armed/unarmed security program supporting the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for all operational communications between the company and FAA.
- Lead all contract security functions: access control, patrols, surveillance, and emergency coordination.
- Address staffing, violations, deficiencies, and training requirements.
- Maintain all employee readiness, licensing, and certification files.
- Oversee contractor quality control and compliance programs.
- Available on-site during regular hours and on-call during emergencies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- 5 years of security management experience overseeing 30 personnel
- CLEET certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must meet FAA Suitability Requirements and pass a background check
- Must be able to walk, stand, and respond to emergencies as needed
- Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
