We are expanding and looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our new Newark, NJ division. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Representative role in Newark, NJ. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and meeting sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include cold calling, setting up meetings with potential clients, and conducting market research to identify potential leads. Additionally, the Sales Associate will be involved in coordinating with the operations team to ensure client needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (security industry experience a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
- Strong Negotiation and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
- Additional Compensation: Competitive commission structure (no cap on potential earnings)
