Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Escrow Officer to join our Flagstaff team for a full-time, on-site role. The Escrow Officer will oversee and facilitate the escrow process for real estate transactions, including preparing documents, coordinating closings, and managing client accounts. This role requires maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties involved in transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes
- Certified Notary Public preferred
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with escrow and title compliance regulations
- Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is a plus
