Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandler, AZ, for an Escrow Officer. The role involves managing and coordinating real estate transactions, including closings, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with clients and industry partners, and assisting across all facets of escrow transactions are essential day-to-day tasks. Notary duties may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in escrow processes, including handling real estate transactions and preparing escrow documentation
- Experience with closings and knowledge of regulatory compliance in residential real estate
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to maintain professional and positive client relationships
- Notary commission or ability to secure a notary license (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage responsibilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market in Maricopa County is a plus
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
