JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Receptionist and Office Assistant to support the day to day needs of our SoCal headquarters. This role focuses on internal support, basic administrative tasks, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming front office environment. You will assist with phone routing, office organization, supply coordination, and general administrative tasks across departments.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and vendors and notify the appropriate staff members.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Support basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Help maintain office supplies and restock shared areas as needed.
- Prepare simple documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft 365.
- Provide general internal support to departments as assigned.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable.
Experience
- Preferred: Previous reception or administrative experience.
- Preferred: Experience routing phone calls.
- Comfortable handling basic office tasks and following established processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
