Position Overview
The Commercial Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for our commercial clients. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, supporting the sales and service teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from commercial clients regarding roofing services, inspections, and maintenance

Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships

Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems

Coordinate service calls and inspections with project managers and service technicians

Provide clear, professional communication regarding services, timelines, and next steps

Assist with preparing and sending proposals, service agreements, and documentation

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications:Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

2 years of call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Experience in construction, roofing, or commercial services is a plus
