Description
The Customer Support Center Representative I is responsible for providing quality service by telephone and online chat to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner. The Representative will offer appropriate products, research and resolve customer requests, and answer inquiries concerning account information. The Representative will execute a variety of account maintenance features and troubleshoot online banking access management issues.
Requirements
This position's schedule is hybrid. This includes working weeks of four 10-hour shifts followed by five 8-hour shifts.
