Job Summary:
Security 101 is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the overall performance of multiple branch locations within a defined region. This senior leader will oversee sales, operations, and financial results, including full P&L responsibility. The role focuses on driving regional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening client relationships.
The Regional Vice President will guide and support branch and regional teams to deliver high‑quality security solutions while meeting financial and strategic goals. This position plays a key role in expanding Security 101’s regional presence by aligning sales strategy, operational performance, and customer experience across all markets.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary range is $200K to $250K, exempt, commensurate with proven leadership, management, and financial analysis skills. This position qualifies for our annual bonus program. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) match plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.
The Right Candidate:
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in electronic security integration, low‑voltage systems, or related technical services.
- Deep industry knowledge of security integration technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Proven success managing multi‑branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in both sales leadership and operational management.
- Track record of leading high‑performing teams across multiple geographic markets; experience with enterprise and national accounts preferred.
- Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision‑making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership across multiple branches, aligning sales, operations, and service to drive regional growth.
- Set clear performance goals tied to revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction, collaborating with corporate leadership on strategic planning.
- Own full regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring, and corrective action when needed.
- Lead regional sales efforts, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and supporting major enterprise and national opportunities.
- Ensure high‑quality installation, service, and project delivery across all markets while improving efficiency and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and represent Security 101 as a senior leader within the region.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop branch and regional leadership, establishing accountability and promoting cross‑team collaboration.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
