Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.
Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Weekend and holiday availability needed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and incidents as they arise.
- Complete detailed reports, send emails, and support daily operational tasks.
- Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in responding to medical incidents, including CPR/AED.
- Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior premises.

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
- 1 Year Security experience required.
- Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
- Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
- Able to work Swing Shift (2pm-10pm) and Grave Shift (10pm-6am).
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
