What You Can Expect:

• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and incidents as they arise.
• Complete detailed reports, send emails, and support daily operational tasks.
• Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in responding to medical incidents, including CPR/AED.
• Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior premises.
• Serve as a visible security presence and deterrent to crime and policy violations.
• Identify and report suspicious activity or potential threats to property, employees, and visitors.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies to leadership in a timely manner.
• Follow established procedures when responding to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, or bomb threats.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Communicate effectively in both routine and high-stress situations.

Basic Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

• Standard computer / technology skills needed.

   

• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
• 1 year of Security experience.
• Must maintain fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Valid Utah Driver’s License required. 
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear a complete, clean uniform. 
• Must be able to report to work on time, well-rested, and prepared to complete assigned shifts, including overtime if required.
• Must understand and execute post orders, including enforcement of client and company policies.
• Must successfully complete CPR, First Aid, and AED certification requirements.
• Must be able to pick up a minimum of 1 shift every two weeks.
• Must be able to attend the monthly All-Hands team meetings.

• Must be able to maintain professionalism with team members and clients at all times. 

  Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time (up to a full shift on various surfaces such as tile, concrete, carpet, etc).
• Must be able to climb stairs and ramps as needed.
• Occasionally bend, twist, and move at the waist, knees, and neck to perform duties.
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
