Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of human resources administration functions, including conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records.

Position Qualifications:
- Open Availability to Travel Within Offices.
- Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
- Strong Communication, Planning, Organizing, and Decision-making Abilities.
- Is Organized, Self-disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
- Additional Qualifications May Be Specified and Receive Preference, Depending Upon the Nature of the Position.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year of related experience.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
