Schedule: Saturday & Sunday - First Shift
We are seeking a reliable and professional Weekend First Shift Security Officer to join our team in Billerica, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor access control points and verify credentials
- Conduct routine patrols of the site (interior and exterior)
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as needed
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Provide a visible security presence and customer service to employees and visitors
- Enforce site policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
