Location: Billerica, MA

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday - First Shift

We are seeking a reliable and professional Weekend First Shift Security Officer to join our team in Billerica, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor access control points and verify credentials
• Conduct routine patrols of the site (interior and exterior)
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as needed
• Write clear and accurate incident reports
• Provide a visible security presence and customer service to employees and visitors
• Enforce site policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous security experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills for reporting and access systems
• Must be reliable and punctual
