What You’ll Do
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and site‑level leaders.
- Lead regular client meetings, address issues proactively, and implement solutions that improve satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, coach, and support security leaders and officers across multiple locations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and regular coaching to drive accountability, growth, and a positive work environment.
- Support the preparation and management of budgets for assigned programs and accounts.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure cost‑effective, compliant operations.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company standards across your portfolio.
- Oversee a card processing center and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), both located in Freehold.
- Provide credential oversight for the badging center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of access credentials.
- Lead and staff the team responsible for granting access for Verizon employees and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and alignment with client security policies.
- Monitor and support GSOC operations to help ensure timely response, incident coordination, and consistent service delivery.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to resolve operational challenges.
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Contribute to company‑wide initiatives that support innovation, operational excellence, and client success.

- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm approach under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
